Currently, I see individual clients and offer groups in Oakland, California as well as offering these services nationally and internationally via Zoom.


What does a typical session with me look like?

I’m here to make sure there is space for parts of you to emerge that are holding important knowledge. I bring a lot of curiosity and compassion to our conversations and we figure things out together.  

We might talk about current challenges and progress and try out different ways to approach both the highs and the lows. We might use mindfulness and awareness-based exercises., or work on your T-MAP together - a personal “map” of wellness strategies, resilience practices, unique stories, and community resources.

Some of the work I would love to do together with you includes:

  • Learning to reframe your personal story and find the hidden power in all that you’ve survived

  • Cultivating the ability to observe emotions and tolerate them without being hijacked

  • Building and nurturing caring relationships with others

  • Knowing who you can count on when things get rough

  • Having a sense of purpose and clarity in your life

  • Growing your physical sense of power, vitality and relaxation

  • Developing the tools to build supportive community

  • Creating a concrete roadmap back to yourself for times when you’re lost

  • Harnessing your natural gifts and sensitivities
